Both! Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information as well as a digital copy of the installation guide. We also send an installation guide in an envelope that sits inside the crate when shipped.

The weight capacity for our mobile workstations is up to 2,800 lbs. Each castor wheel can hold up to 700 lbs each. 

The workstation tops are made of 11-gauge solid steel. 

Yes, we would need to confirm dimensions as well as key-slot integration. There are several slot-patterned Upright Frames. Our beams will only integrate with the 3″ x 3″ column upright frames that have a 2-inch “Teardrop” pattern. See the image below for reference. Please email info@levrack.com to request a quote.

FTL – large orders with multiple units and a forklift/loading dock onsite for delivery.

LTL – one to two unit(s), small to medium size orders, and a forklift/loading dock onsite for delivery.

Liftgate – Residential or business with no forklift or loading dock onsite for delivery.

Terminal Pick-up – Truck/trailer available to pick up the order directly from the terminal where the carrier will load it in the truck or trailer.

The simple answer is yes, you can, BUT when it comes time to add on the overhead storage, you will need to replace the current upright frames with taller ones. That means taking apart the Levrack unit to replace the upright frames.

If you know you will want overhead storage in the future, we recommend purchasing the taller upright frames with your unit/original order. Then, you can add the levels above your unit when you are ready and not have to disassemble anything.

Our standard units are around 2-4 weeks. If it is not a standard unit or is a custom unit, the lead time is 6-8 weeks.

A: The overall weight capacity varies depending on the size of the Levrack. See below for details.

*Please note: Regardless of the size, each shelving section has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. and each shelf in that section has a weight capacity of 200 lbs. 

7-foot Levrack = 10,000 lbs.

8-foot Levrack = 9,500 lbs. 

10-foot Levrack = 8,500 lbs.

12-foor Levrack = 7,000 lbs.

We designed the product to be as simple as possible to put together, but because of its size and weight, it can be cumbersome. Most of our customers grab a buddy (or at least an extra set of hands) and knock out the install themselves. If installation is required, we can connect you with our partners in your area who are set up to install Levracks (not all areas have partners yet.)
